One City United In Prayer continues to demonstrate the power of churches standing together in faith for the transformation of our city.

In 2025, 27 churches united in prayer for Gary, Indiana, laying a foundation of faith, unity, and expectation.

In 2026, 20 churches gathered on June 7, with additional congregations joining the One City United In Prayer movement leading up to the event. Through the collective efforts of our church partners, we witnessed prayer move beyond words and into action. Lives were impacted as people were introduced to Jesus Christ, food and clothing were provided to community members, suicide awareness resources were shared, and physical and spiritual wellness was promoted through initiatives such as Walk and Worship.

These moments were more than acts of service — they were evidence of what happens when the Body of Christ comes together with one purpose: to love, serve, and transform communities.

Now, in 2027, we are believing God for an even greater impact as more churches unite for salvation, revival, healing, and continued restoration throughout Gary and beyond.
